What to Expect During a Groom
Pre-Groom Assessment: We’ll check your dog’s health, discuss their grooming needs, any previous grooming experiences, and any areas of anxiety.
Comfort First: We use gentle handling, break times if needed, and perhaps soothing music or treats anything to make grooming a positive experience.
Health Check-In: While grooming we also inspect skin, coat condition, ears, nails, and gait. If we notice any issue (e.g. lumps, dryness, infection), we’ll inform you and suggest follow-up with one of our vets.
Finish with Care: Final touches like blow-drying (if dog tolerates), fluffing, finishing trim, etc. Your pup leaves looking fresh, comfortable, and wagging their tail.
